TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Information

There are two types of groups walks available;

1. A larger group walk available Monday - Friday (max 6 dogs)

2. A smaller group walk available Monday -Thursday (max 3 dogs)

All dogs will travel safely and securely in a fully ventilated vehicle
All dogs will be checked and must wear an ID tag on their collar or harness.
All dogs will be kept on lead until it is safe for them to be off lead.
All dogs will be washed down and towel dried as best we can within the time and on their return will be left in a suitable place stipulated by the client.

Payments

Payment terms and dates vary depending on the service that is required

Walks:

Invoices will be sent out on the 20th of every month. Payment due by 28th of every month.

One off walk's need to be paid in full before the first session.

Training:

Invoiced are sent out prior to the session

Payment is due by the date stated on the invoice

Walks & Training: For walks, a daily 10% late payment fee will be added to your invoice if payment is not received within the stated time. For training, the session will become available to book.

Payments can be made by bank transfer/cash

Continued late payments may result in ending the agreement.

Non transferable bookings

Cancellation

48 hour notice of cancellation

Either party requires a notice period of 2 weeks to end contract

Should any dog become dangerous or aggressive, the walker may terminate the contract with immediate effect.

Holidays

Willow's Walks will provide as much notice as possible of any holidays they are planning to take with no payable fee by the clients.

All clients can take a maximum of 20 days holiday with no payable fee. Any additional holidays/time off will be charged at half rate as a retainer to secure your space.

Services on Bank Holidays can be available upon request.

Home Visits

Home visits are 20-30 minutes long.

Dogs can have a small walk included within this time.

All other terms such as payments, cancellations, holidays and general information apply

Training

Sessions are approximately 1 hour long, this includes an introduction of the session at the beginning and a reflective discussion at the end.

During the session all handlers will be encouraged to give their dogs regular brain breaks in the form of a sniff break/play.

Willow’s Gundog and Clicker training provides force free training methods and approaches (R+) by offering choice and positive reinforcement.

What is rewarded is repeated!
